A POPULAR village show is set to return.
The Haworth & District Gardeners' Show committee is planning to stage its vegetable, flower and produce event again this year.
The show hasn't been held for two years due to the pandemic.
A meeting is taking place at the Parkside Social Club in Butt Lane, Haworth, on Thursday, March 24, at 7.30pm, to discuss the plans.
"Anybody who would like to be on the organising committee for the show is welcome to attend," said a committee spokesperson.
"Please come along – you will be made very welcome. And you don't need to be a gardener!"
Further information can be obtained by emailing Haworth.show@gmail.com.
Last year, show organisers donated £1,000 – which would normally have been used for prize money – to Sue Ryder hospice Manorlands.
This year's show is earmarked for Sunday, August 28.
