A NEW regional group has been set-up to support businesses working in – and with – the technology sector.
The group is being spearheaded by the West & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, and will be managed by its policy and representation team.
Among those taking a leading role is Dan Murray.
He said: "Technology now underpins businesses from all sectors, so I want to ensure we make the most of any opportunities that present themselves for businesses and the local economy. I’ll be working with members and the policy and representation team to look at a range of potential projects, with the aim of supporting economic development and business growth."
