KEIGHLEY’S Ahmadiyya Muslim Association has given a £550 boost to Manorlands.
The money was raised through members’ donations during Ramadan.
Keighley association president, Mujeeb Rahman, said the branch tried to support the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice annually.
"Manorlands provides excellent care for patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families – at the hospice and in the community," he said. "It was especially important this year not to neglect charities, despite the rising cost of living.
"We aim to serve humanity and promote our motto – love for all, hatred for none."
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Association has raised millions of pounds for UK charities and supports communities in a range of ways, from donating food and clothing to planting trees, cleaning streets and visiting care homes.
