Publicans have convinced licence bosses that their quiet village inn will remain so.
Keighley and Shipley licensing panel agreed to allow a variation of the licence at the New Inn, in Main Street, Wilsden.
Recorded music can now be played for an extra hour until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and until 11.30pm between Sunday and Thursday.
And the panel has also removed a condition barring children from the pub after 7pm.
Alison Hobson, who runs the pub with her partner Philip Mosley, said: "Our aim has always been to run a quiet, traditional village pub.
"We wanted the condition lifted on children under 18 so we could provide family meals. House rules say children must be out by 9pm anyway." The application prompted two objectors to claim extending the licence would create intolerable noise.
