The Applegarth Club
A TASTE of the seaside is coming to Riddlesden.
The Applegarth Club, in Banks Lane, is staging a beach party on Saturday, August 27, from 1pm.
Attractions will include a sand and paddling area, candy floss, ice cream van, doughnuts, a bouncy castle and games.
There will also be live entertainment, hot food, cakes, cocktails, a tombola stall and face painting.
Club fundraiser and event organiser, Emma Rigg, said: “The aim is to give everyone a taste of the seaside, right here in Riddlesden.
"It's a sort of 'Paris Plage' meets the Riddlesden Riviera, but as with any visit to a British beach the only thing we can’t promise is the weather!"
The party will continue with music and dancing inside the club after dark.
