A KEIGHLEY man who admitted using a hand-held mobile phone whilst driving has been fined by magistrates.
Mohammed Usman, 41, of Greenacres Drive, committed the offence in the town on July 12.
He was fined £95 by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates' Court.
Usman was also ordered to pay £90 costs and a £38 victim surcharge and his driving record was endorsed with six points.
