AN eight-strong company team is taking part in the Great North Run to raise money for Sue Ryder, which operates Manorlands hospice at Oxenhope.
Colleagues from TEV Ltd together aim to coin-in over £2,000 through the world-famous half marathon, on September 10.
Richard West, who is heading-up the team, says: "In December 2020 I decided to register for Sue Ryder’s December Daily Dash challenge, as my wife was about to start a new job at Manorlands. I then went on to run the London Marathon for Sue Ryder in 2021, which was an amazing experience."
He also tackled last year's Great North Run, together with TEV managing director John Dobson, who is donning his running shoes again as part of the team.
Manorlands community fundraiser, Adam Brunskill, says: "We are so grateful to Richard, John and the team. We'll be cheering them on all the way!"
