A 72-YEAR-old motorist from Wilsden who admitted driving without insurance and a licence has been ordered to pay a total of £336 by magistrates.
Peter Healey committed the offences in Bingley Street, Keighley, on October 4 last year.
He was fined £176 and ordered to pay £90 costs and a £70 victim surcharge by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
Healey, of Haworth Road, also had his driving record endorsed with six points.
