A HOUSEBUILDER has launched its first homes for sale at a new £33 million Keighley development – and describes the response as "fantastic".
Odette's Point is a 124-property scheme in Shann Lane, featuring a mix of three and four-bedroom family homes.
Prices range between £230,000 and £260,000.
Hannah Orgille, head of sales for the developer, Avant Homes West Yorkshire, says: "There has been a fantastic response since we launched our Odette’s Point development, demonstrating that there is demand for high-quality new-build homes in the Keighley area.
"We’re expecting our first family homes for sale to be hugely popular."
Avant Homes West Yorkshire currently has nine 'live' developments across the region, but says there are plans for "many more" as part of a company growth strategy.
