A NEW season of Meeting Point sessions is being launched at Lees Methodist Church.
And opening the programme is popular returning speaker, Tim Neal.
He will give a presentation about the life and work of artist Stan Boardman, who grew up in the Fell Lane area of Keighley in the 1920s and became famous for his cartoon pictures.
Maurice Baren, for the church, says: "Tim, who is well-known to Meeting Point and never fails to impress with his presentations, has made a special study of Stan's work."
The meeting is at the church, opposite Lees Primary School, on Wednesday, September 20.
Tea and biscuits will be served from 1.45pm, and the talk starts at 2pm.
Admission is free, but donations to cover expenses are welcome.
