WEST Yorkshire Police want to speak to this man following an alleged incident of making off without payment, which occurred in Keighley last Thursday (August 31).
Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact Crimestoppers – anonymously – on 0800 555 111, quoting photo reference BD7065.
