POLICE who stopped a vehicle which was 'kangarooing' along a Keighley main road discovered the driver was uninsured and the vehicle had no test certificate.
Officers reported the driver and seized the car following the incident, in Bradford Road.
A spokesperson said: "The driver was seen ‘kangarooing’ down the road and when requested to stop was found to be uninsured, and the car had no MOT. The clutch had gone, hence the 'bouncing'."
