MONTHLY chair yoga classes have been launched at Silsden Town Hall.
The free sessions, for over-75s, are being staged by Right at Home Ilkley, Keighley & Skipton, in partnership with national charity Re-engage.
Classes are on the fourth Monday of each month, from 10.30am-noon.
Paresh Mistry, managing director of Right at Home Ilkley, Keighley & Skipton, says: "As we age, maintaining a healthy lifestyle becomes increasingly vital. Chair yoga offers a safe and effective way for older adults to improve flexibility, balance and overall wellbeing, all while seated comfortably.
"Participants can look forward to experiencing a blend of soothing and rejuvenating movements, specifically designed to enhance joint mobility and reduce stiffness. The class also provides an opportunity for members to socialise afterwards over a cuppa and a biscuit.
"I'm thrilled to be partnering with Re-engage to bring chair yoga to Silsden."
