A PRIZE-winning author will be in Haworth next week to launch her latest book.

Elodie Harper is showcasing The Temple of Fortuna, the final title in her Wolf Den trilogy about women in ancient Pompeii.

The event takes place at Cobbles & Clay, in Main Street, on Tuesday, November 7, at 7pm.

Diane Park, owner of neighbouring independent bookshop Wave of Nostalgia, says: "The Wolf Den series has been among our customers’ favourite books, with a fantastic mix of true history, strong women and great plots.

"Elodie is a spellbinding writer and her books are getting better all the time. I love The Temple of Fortuna, which guides her heroine’s adventures to an exciting and explosive conclusion."

The author will be answering questions and signing copies at the launch.

Tickets can be obtained, priced £5, by calling at Wave of Nostalgia or going online at waveofnostalgia.co.uk/event-tickets.

On the evening there is ten per cent off all books at the shop, and refreshments will be available.
