HAWORTH is gearing up for the launch of its Christmas activities.
A packed programme of events is planned for the festive countdown.
Christmas in Haworth organisers have unveiled a mixture of traditional and new attractions to bring seasonal sparkle to the village.
And celebrations will kick off with a Light Up Haworth event on Saturday, December 2.
Christmas trees adorned with thousands of lights will be illuminated, and decorated shop windows displayed. Choirs and bands will perform in Main Street, and there'll be a Santa's grotto at Central Park.
The following day, Haworth & Worth Valley Rotary Club is staging its second annual Santa fun run. Starting at 11am from the top of Main Street, participants will set off along a five-kilometre course through the village and park. For more details and to sign up, go to haworthrotary.co.uk/santa
