PANTO is taking centre stage in Silsden once again.
This year's offering from Silsden Community Productions is Rumpelstiltskin.
Performances are at the town hall from Friday, December 1, until Sunday, December 3.
A spokesperson says: "The greedy King and Queen of Silsden are persuaded that their son’s peasant girlfriend can spin straw into gold, and that this will make her a suitable bride.
"In desperation, she makes a deal with a sinister visitor and risks losing her first-born child. It takes the efforts of the whole cast to defeat the visitor and his prank-playing jester.
"Crazy characters include a pair of robbers who also want the gold and disguise themselves as 'glamorous' princesses, an arthritic dame and guards with a sideline as a magic act."
The panto was written by group members Faye and Wendy Kelk.
Tickets are available, priced £10 for adults/£6 students, from Silsden Post Office or Ticketsource.co.uk/silsden-community-productions
