A KEIGHLEY housing group is in the running for two coveted accolades.

Manningham Housing Association is a finalist in the annual Housing Digital Innovation Awards.

It has been shortlisted in the Most Innovative Approach to Culture and Wellbeing, and Best Digital Experience (Landlords), categories.

Winners will be announced in a ceremony at Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham, on February 8.

Manningham Housing Association manages more than 1,400 affordable homes in Keighley and Bradford.

Its chief executive, Lee Bloomfield, says: "I am incredibly proud of the team, which has worked so hard to establish the reputation that puts us in the running for these prestigious awards.

"We are a relatively small organisation and to be competing with much bigger housing associations is a credit to each and every member of the Manningham Housing Association family.

"Creating and maintaining a warm, welcoming and supportive culture for tenants and staff is vitally important to the senior management team.

"Being recognised for our efforts in digital is also particularly pleasing, given the limited budgets we have."
