Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court
A KEIGHLEY motorist has been banned and ordered to pay over £700 by magistrates for driving without due care and attention.
Syed Arsalan Ishfaq Shah, 23, of Kendal Mellor Court, committed the offence on the A629 in Keighley, on April 5 this year.
He was disqualified from driving for six months, fined £440 and ordered to pay a £176 victim surcharge and £90 costs by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
