CRAVEN'S RSPB group has announced details for its first meeting of 2024.
Guest speaker Julian Sykes will give a presentation on Lynx and Lammergeiers in Andalusia.
The meeting is at Skipton Baptist Church Hall on Wednesday, January 10, at 7.30pm.
"It promises to be a marvellous talk," says Joyce Varley, for the group.
Admission is £4 for adults, with under-16s admitted free. Refreshments are available.
In addition to monthly indoor meetings, the group also organises regular field trips.
Members and non-members are welcome.
Venues for forthcoming trips include Foulney Island nature reserve in Cumbria, Fairburn Ings and St Aidan’s RSPB reserves, and the Dee Estuary nature reserve at Burton Mere Wetlands, in Cheshire.
