A 73-YEAR-OLD motorist who drove without insurance or a licence has been ordered to pay more than £1,000 by magistrates.
Stephen Ralph Callon committed the offences in Longcroft, Keighley, on November 6 last year.
Callon – of Hillworth Village, Oakworth Road – was fined £660 and ordered to pay a £264 victim surcharge and £90 costs by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
Also, his driving record was endorsed with six points.
