A TEENAGE motorist from Keighley has been ordered to pay more than £1,100 by magistrates for driving without due care and attention and having no insurance.
Johan Shafi committed the offences in Highfield Road, Keighley, on November 5 last year.
The 19-year-old, of Far Whin Gate, was fined £770 and ordered to pay a £308 victim surcharge and £90 costs by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
Also, his driving record was endorsed with nine points.
