TWO Steeton sisters are celebrating success in their first-ever Cheerdance UK competition.
Sienna Johnson-Young, eight, and six-year-old sister Eléonore took part in a contest at Accrington Town Hall.
And they both scooped double gold in their respective categories.
Mum, Philippa, said she was "incredibly proud" of the girls.
She added: "They practice tirelessly and love what they do.
"This achievement is testament to the effort and commitment they both put into their dance."
The girls were part of a contingent from Glusburn-based Amore School of Dance, formerly the Circle Dance Centre, which took part in the competition.
In total, 21 pupils came away with a haul of 49 trophies – and members achieved 12 first places at the event.
An Amore School of Dance spokesperson said: "It was a fantastic day! A massive 'well done' goes to everyone who took part, and thank you to the parents for supporting them."
