A KEIGHLEY motorist who drove without due care and attention – and with no insurance or licence – has been banned and fined by magistrates.
Shahzad Hussain committed the offences in Hob Cote Lane, Oakworth, on August 11 last year.
The 25-year-old – of Browsholme Street – was fined £660, ordered to pay a £264 victim surcharge and £90 costs, and disqualified from driving for two years by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
