A MOTORIST has admitted driving without due care and attention on a busy Keighley dual carriageway.
Akmal Qadeer committed the offence in Hard Ings Road on June 21 last year.
The 39-year-old, of Caledonia Road, Keighley, was fined £40 and ordered to pay £110 costs and a £16 victim surcharge by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
Also, his driving record was endorsed with three points.
