A MOTORIST has been ordered to pay over £700 by magistrates for driving without due care and attention.
Ian Berrisford committed the offence in West Lane, Keighley, on July 16 last year.
The 43-year-old – of Goose Eye, Laycock – was fined £440 and ordered to pay a £176 victim surcharge and £90 costs by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
Also, his driving record was endorsed with five points.
