A CROSS Hills firm raised over £9,000 for Manorlands through the launch of a refurbished bathroom showroom.

Regal Interiors held a launch event over three days, with activities including cooking demonstrations by a Bosch home economist, raffles, and 'sealed bid' prizes on offer.

More than 200 people attended.

The company has announced that in total, £9,120 was raised for the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice.

Lucy Frost, for Regal Interiors, says: "Whenever we have a special occasion we always include a way to raise money for Manorlands hospice.

"We set a target of raising £2,000 this time, and were overwhelmed with the response. We'd like to say a massive 'thank you' to staff, customers, suppliers and friends and family who helped us achieve this fabulous total."

Liv Moffat, senior community fundraiser at Manorlands, says: "A huge 'thank you' goes to everyone at Regal Interiors for all their hard work fundraising during their launch event. It is an incredible amount to raise and we are so grateful."
