TEENAGE Dreams is the latest production from Keighley Youth Theatre – KYDZ.
The story follows a group of friends as they navigate the complexities of growing up – confronting issues such as bullying, identity exploration, academic pressures and budding relationships.
A KYDZ spokesperson says: "Through ups and downs the friends learn valuable lessons about loyalty, empathy and the power of true friendship.
"Teenage Dreams takes the audience on a nostalgic journey through the mid 2000s to early 2010s, with popular music from that era."
Since it was formed 18 years ago, KYDZ has performed two major musical productions each year – written by leaders and often devised by the young people themselves.
It also stages an annual concert, and weekly online singing groups aimed at developing members' confidence and skills.
Teenage Dreams is being performed at Oakworth Methodist Church on March 1 and 2, at 7pm.
