A KEIGHLEY motorist has been fined and banned from driving for using a vehicle without insurance.
Lee Foster committed the offence in Lawkholme Lane, Keighley, on March 24 last year.
The 39-year-old – of Westgate Gardens – was fined £415, ordered to pay a £166 victim surcharge and £110 costs and disqualified from driving for six months by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
