A MAN who failed to buy a £3.40 rail ticket for a journey from Keighley to Bingley has been ordered to pay more than £460 by magistrates.
Hamad Shabam, 21, of Devonshire Street West, Keighley, committed the offence on September 5 last year.
He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £150 costs, an £88 victim surcharge and £3.40 compensation by Doncaster Justice Centre North.
