AN under-construction industrial development in Keighley is expected to be completed by the summer.
Plans to build industrial units on the site between Church Street and Beck Street were approved in 2021, and work is well underway.
Ahead of its expected August completion date, the site has now been put on the market.
Mark Brearley & Co is marketing the site, which includes four units, to rent for £40,000 a year.
The site was, for many years, home to world-famous loom manufacturer George Hattersley & Sons.
But before the planning application for the industrial development was approved, the land had long been derelict.
Various proposals for the plot, including a supermarket and flats, had been put forward over the years but never reached fruition.
The marketing listing says: "Upon completion, the development will comprise four trade counter/industrial units, each of around 4,000 sq ft, having a large yard/car park, with HGV turning area, loading areas and car parking for 29 vehicles in marked out bays."
