BUSINESSES across the Keighley district are being urged to speak out about their experiences and challenges.

Firms are encouraged to take part in the latest West & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce quarterly economic survey.

The chamber says results from the initiative are shared with the likes of the Treasury, Bank of England, Office for Budget Responsibility and West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

Questions are updated every quarter to reflect current events, and findings are fed into the British Chamber of Commerce.

Mark Casci, head of policy and representation at West & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, says: "Running a business is a rewarding and often exhilarating experience, but it can at times be quite a lonely pursuit too.

"Sharing details of your successes and concerns ensures you do not feel that sense of isolation, as we as a chamber can amplify your views to those who need to hear them.

"The first step towards solving a problem is acknowledging that one exists in the first place, so we do hope that businesses take the time to complete the survey and be part of the conversation. It will only take a few minutes to complete."
