AN event at Lees is to spotlight the work of a children's hospice.
Martin House regional fundraiser Beccie Taylor is guest speaker at the next session of Lees Methodist Church Meeting Point.
Anyone is welcome to attend the event, on Wednesday, May 29.
The hospice – at Boston Spa – cares for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and supports their families.
Around one third of those who receive care are from the Bradford district.
Maurice Baren, for the church, says: "Martin House is the only hospice in this area that caters specifically for children.
"Come along and hear of its wonderful provision."
The talk starts at 2pm, with tea and biscuits available from 1.45pm.
The church is directly opposite Lees Primary School.
