POLICE want to speak to this man in connection with an alleged public order offence in Keighley.
West Yorkshire Police say the incident occurred last Thursday (June 6).
Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact Crimestoppers – anonymously – on 0800 555 111, quoting photo reference BD7923.
