POLICE have issued another appeal in relation to an alleged public order offence in Keighley.
West Yorkshire Police say this incident occurred on June 1.
Officers have released an image of a man they would like to speak to.
Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact Crimestoppers – anonymously – on 0800 555 111, quoting photo reference BD7926.
