A HOSPITAL charity is having a ball.
Airedale Hospital & Community Charity is staging The Grand Ball, at East Riddlesden Hall on November 8.
Proceeds will go to the hospital's neo-natal unit.
Sarah Szpara, unit manager, says: "“We're excited for the ball as it gives us an opportunity to fundraise whilst also highlighting what the unit does.
"Funds raised will help us make improvements within the unit, including a refresh of the family bedrooms. The bedrooms enable parents or families to stay when their baby is receiving treatment, and are used as a space for families to prepare for home. Bringing home comforts into this space will make such a difference."
Headline sponsor is Robertson Construction and other backers include Shelby, Hive, Pro Fire and Gallaghers Family Funeral Directors.
