People are being given the opportunity to celebrate the life of a loved one in a very special way — by dedicating a unique message to their memory at Christmas.
Healthcare charity Sue Ryder Care will host Lights of Love themed events across the country — including at Manorlands hospice, in Oxenhope — on December 13, at 4pm, to give people the opportunity to celebrate their most cherished memories.
People are being encouraged to dedicate a Light of Love to someone they care about online at suerydercare.org/lightsoflove and see their loved one’s name appear in an online Book of Remembrance.
They will also be asked to give a donation and then receive a Lights of Love Christmas star on which they can write a personal message before hanging it on their tree at home.
