A major sports retailer is opening a store in Keighley – with the creation of 30 jobs.
Sportsdirect.com opens in a unit at Cavendish Retail Park, Cavendish Street, next Saturday and is recruiting staff at various levels.
The company, which has more than 380 stores nationwide, deals in big-brand sportswear and equipment.
The Keighley outlet – in the former Focus DIY premises – will offer a wide range of sports clothing and footwear and will have specialist departments for football, running, outdoor, racquet sports and golf equipment.
A company spokesman said: “The new store will provide a great boost to the local economy and job market.”
