A schools burglar who breached a suspended sentence order by missing appointments for unpaid work has been spared prison.
Clifford Westfall, who had completed 95 hours out of 250, had an extra ten hours added by Judge Jonathan Rose at Bradford Crown Court on Monday.
Westfall was given a 12-month suspended prison sentence with unpaid work in April last year for burgling or attempting to burgle Baildon C of E Primary School, the Bon Bon day nursery in Shipley, Oakworth Primary School and Belle Vue Girls School.
Westfall, 27, then of Whin Knoll Avenue, Shann Park, Keighley, has since moved to Hull.
His barrister, David McGonigal, said he missed two appointments for unpaid work after his partner came back to Keighley, leaving him to look after their young children.
Judge Rose warned Westfall he must ensure the work is completed on time.
