Keith Davies – deputy head teacher at Riddlesden St Mary’s Primary School – retires next month.
He arrived at the school, to take up the deputy role, in 1990.
“I have really enjoyed being here and my whole time in teaching,” said Mr Davies.
“I feel privileged to have been a part of so many young people’s lives and hopefully helped them with their careers.
“Being a teacher is such a rewarding job and during my time here I have tried to help make the school an interesting and stimulating place for the children.”
