The shadow governing body of Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) – which will take over some responsibilities from the primary care trust next April – will hold its first meeting in public next Thursday, September 20.
The meeting, at Skipton Town Hall, will set out the group’s vision, mission and key priorities.
Chairman Dr Colin Renwick said: “At the first meeting of the shadow governing body we will set out the CCG’s journey towards authorisation and how we intend to continue to develop health services to meet the needs of people living in Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. We are keen to involve patients at every step of the way through meaningful and timely patient and public engagement and welcome the opportunity to talk to patients living in the area at our shadow governing body meeting.”
The meeting starts at 1pm.
