A DIRECTOR with Keighley social housing group Incommunities has won a coveted regional honour.
Delroy Beverley has scooped a prestigious Institute of Directors award.
He took top spot in the Not for Profit/CSR Director of the Year category.
Judges praised his "inspirational leadership, professional management approach, can do attitude and commitment to encouraging every employee to fulfil their potential".
Mr Beverley is responsible for delivering Incommunities' multi-million pound regeneration and construction programme and oversees its highly-acclaimed apprenticeship scheme.
"I am absolutely delighted to win this highly coveted professional award and be part of this celebration of the region's very best business leaders," he said.
Geraldine Howley, Incommunities' group chief executive, said: "This is truly deserved recognition for the outstanding contribution Delroy makes to our business."
Winners, announced at a ceremony in Sheffield, now go forward to national finals later this year.
