GRANTS of up to £2,000 are available to small-to-medium-sized businesses in Keighley to help take on an apprentice and grow their business.
The cash is available through the Leeds City Region Local Enterprise Partnership’s Apprenticeship Grant for Employers, which supports businesses recruiting young people aged 16-24.
Roger Marsh, LEP chairman, said: “Supporting businesses to offer these career opportunities is part of the LEP’s overall ambition to create a strong future workforce and create more and better jobs for our young people.”
