A GROWING Cross Hills radiator firm has taken on two apprentices.
Teona Gott and Stacy Black have joined Crimson Bear, which sources high-end heating products from across the world.
The company was set up by Paul Johnson and Andrew Smith, with support – for initial stock purchases – from the Business Enterprise Fund.
Its expanding customer base includes B&Q and Victoria Plum Bathrooms.
“We don’t know what we would have done without Teona and Stacy,” said Mr Smith.
“We also see the value it brings to them – getting to know the ins and outs of the business and visiting suppliers, as well as dealing with customers.
“You need to keep the business flexible and constantly ask the customers what they want.”
