A Keighley company is anticipating a bright future following its takeover by a national group.
The business which was once called ESF is now TFC Engineering Services. The company is based at Eastwood Works, in Parson Street.
Area sales manager Adrian Walker said: “We now hope the company will be growing and will employ more local people. We employ 18 at the moment. At some point in the future we want to move to bigger premises in Keighley.”
He said the firm had recently agreed to sponsor the horse-drawn black maria which is one of the attractions at the police museum in Keighley’s new civic centre.
TFC’s managing director Morgan Burgoyne visited Keighley and the vintage vehicle during his stay.
Mr Walker added that since the takeover the Keighley company had taken on a new general manager, Andrew Boden, carried out internal alterations at its premises and brought in a new computer system.
