MOVIE characters will mingle with the public during a family event at the Royal Arcade in Keighley.
The ‘end of holiday fun day’ will be held at the Victorian arcade off East Parade on Sunday September 1 from 11am to 3pm.
Organisers promise “special guests from your favourite movies”, along with face painting, craft and gift stalls, games, competitions and ice creams.
Carol Taylor, who runs MagnifiScents and Soaps in the arcade Arcade, is organising the event with help from her daughter who runs the nearby Sweet Shop.
Carol said: “Since opening at the beginning of 2018 this will be the third event we have organised. The beautiful Victorian arcade is a hidden gem in Keighley with a number of independent shops, but unfortunately quite a few people don’t realise it exists.
“Our aim is to hold a number of events to raise awareness. Our chosen charity is Martin House hospice care for children and young people. We have raised money for Candlelighters in the past.”
