PLANS to turn the upper floors of a listed Keighley town centre building into five flats have been refused.
Bradford Council officers said the application, to create five flats at 10B Cavendish Street, contained "numerous inaccuracies".
Planners pointed out that the application made several references to Haworth Conservation Area, more than four miles away.
And the applicant's heritage statement asserted that only part of the Keighley building was listed.
"The submitted heritage statement contains numerous inaccuracies," said Bradford Council conservation officer, Jon Ackroyd.
In refusing the plans, officers said there was a lack of information.
