LENT litter-picks are again being staged in Oakworth.
The sessions were started last year by villager Debbie Ives.
Among those supporting the latest litter blitz were town councillors Luke Maunsell and Mark Curtis.
They and Mark's wife Judy picked-up rubbish along Hob Cote Lane to Harehills Lane and the Grouse pub.
Around four bagfuls of litter were collected.
Councillor Maunsell said: "It is a great privilege to once again be part of the Lent litter-picks started by the extraordinary Debbie Ives.
"Covid may have stopped regular meet-ups, but volunteers can still get a litter picker and do their bit to keep Oakworth looking fab."
And Councillor Curtis said: "Oakworth residents take great pride in their community and we share that ambition. We love nothing more than getting our hands dirty to keep Oakworth tidy! We’re looking forward to doing as much as we can over the Lent period."
