Steeton have announced the appointment of Adam Longden as first-team coach.
Longden had previously been coaching at North West Counties League side Daisy Hill but has moved to Steeton due to work commitments.
He will work with boss Roy Mason and assistant manager Rob Horton in the forthcoming season.
Mason said: “He comes with a great reputation and I was impressed with the work he has done with Daisy Hill.
“Looking at the structure he has set out, I think that the lads can look forward to another good pre-season programme.”
Steeton are still looking for an assistant manager for their reserve side and also players to strengthen all three squads.
High on their wish list is a new goalkeeper following Paul Linyard’s retirement and Phil Rishton’s decision to try his hand at a higher level.
Pre-season training starts on July 8 at Marley on Tuesdays and Aire Valley Martial Arts Gym on Thursdays (6.30pm).
