SILSDEN under-12s and under-14s both finished seventh in the 30th annual Valley Parade Memorial Tournament at Marley Stadium last weekend.
The under-12s began with Group B programme on Saturday with draws against Queensbury Celtic (0-0) and Bingley (1-1) before losing 2-0 to eventual runners-up Bradford City, finishing their group off with a 2-1 victory over Bradford Horton Sports.
Silsden finished third in their group and defeated Salts 1-0 in the seventh and eighth-placed play-off.
The following day, Silsden under-14s defeated Queensbury Celtic 2-1 and drew 0-0 with Salts but lost 4-0 to Bradford's twin town of Hamm and 2-0 to semi-finalists Lincoln City.
Silsden also finished fourth in their group and won their seventh and eighth-placed play-off 1-0 against Sandy Lane.
Hamm beat Bradford City 2-1 in the under-12 final, with City gaining revenge the following day in the under-14 final by 2-0.
