SILSDEN Whitestar had two hat-trick heroes in their 6-4 home victory over Rolls in the Skipton Body Repair Centre Craven League Premier Division.

Sam Stanfield and man of the match Joshua McNulty both notched trebles for the sixth-placed club but fourth-placed Wilsden Athletic suffered a surprise 5-0 setback at home to Settle United.

Cross Hills showed their mettle in a plucky 3-3 at home to unbeaten second-placed Trawden Celtic but Cononley Sports fell 5-1 at perfect leaders Skipton LMS, Reece Fowler scoring their only goal.

In Division One, there was nothing to choose between third-placed Ingrow & Worth Valley and fourth-placed visitors Chatburn, who drew 3-3, with Liam Bellamy, Jack Bilney and man of the match Leroy Hickman being on target for the hosts.

But Sporting Keighley could ill afford to have Faruk Ali dismissed at home to leaders Skipton Town, who won 3-0, despite the best efforts of Amar Zaman, while Bingley Town fared no better at second-placed Pendle Renegades, losing 7-2.

Broomhill are third in Division Two, with ten points from five matches, and are behind Carleton and Manningham All Stars, while Cross Hills Reserves are looking mid-table material in fifth, having played more matches than anyone else in the section.

However, the season looks to be more of a struggle for Polonia and Cononley Sports Reserves, who are in the bottom five.

Craig Gregory-inspired Cowling Reserves, who won 4-1 at newcomers Bingley Town Reserves, are in a four-way tie at the top of Division Three, while Sutton moved up to seventh on the back of a 4-2 win against visitors Barlick Wanderers, thanks to goals from Aiden Robertson (2), Alex Cook and James Wilson, with James Macdonald being man of the match.

Graham Whitaker and Freddie Bolt were the respective scorers for Ingrow & Worth Valley Reserves and Broomhill Reserves, who fell to heavy away defeats at Otley Town and Horton respectively.
